| Relateret materiale | Dart Valley Volunteers was founded in 1969 to give young people a chance to be involved in the life of the community. The scheme was based on Totnes and Dartington and volunteers drawn mainly from Dartington Hall School, King Edwards VI Comprehensive School and Dartington College of Arts, and also included an employee of The Dartington Hall Trust who visited people in the geriatric ward at Broomborough Hospital, Totnes. They undertook social work within the town of Totnes and the surrounding rural district. |
