Includes Curry's personal and professional letters; personal domestic records; records about High Cross House including correspondence with architect William Lescaze; records of Curry's involvement in the Federal Union movement; records of his involvement in politics; and records of his involvement in pacifist organisations including the Peace Pledge Union. There are also many papers relating to Curry's published books.

In addition to serving as headmaster of Dartington Hall School, Curry was the director of education for the entire estate. The Arts Department reported to Curry and there is interesting correspondence between Arts administrator Christopher Martin and Curry. Also included are records of Curry's lectures, his writings on the Federal Union movement and progressive education, and his involvement with the New Education Fellowship. Letters exchanged with other headmasters include those of Dora Russell of Beacon Hill; J H Badley, head of Bedales; and A S Neil of Summerhill. Extensive correspondence with Neill mentions the New Education Fellowship; Dartington and Summerhill Schools; staff; resources; Wilhelm Reich; the effects of World War II on each school; and their educational philosophies.
