BeskrivelseOriginal copy- 'My Special Anthology,' is Dorothy Elmhirst's collection of typed and handwritten verses. Leonard has written on the inside of this book, 'Frances Cornford's original verses to Dorothy and Leonard Elmhirst are loose in here, LKE Nov 1971-NOW with Robin Johnson [Records Officer] in records and are copied in here by Dorothy or Leonard Elmhirst. Most collated around the years of War [Second World War] I suspect, Dorothy put these together, 1939-1945.' Also an undated Frances Cornford talk on the BBC. There were fifteen loose pieces of paper with poems, notes and one memorial service sheet for J.J. Kempton in the back of this book. The text block has been taken out of this ring binder book and placed into archival folders. Printed copy - introduction note by Michael Young, published by Dartington Press Limited, 1979, is set in 10pt. on 11pt. Plantin type printed in Great Britain by Suttons (Paignton) Limited in an edition of one thousand copies of which one hundred are bound in special hardback covers by C.E. McNally.
