| Activity | Directly responsible to the Dartington Hall trustees and financed independently of Dartington Woodlands Limited. The objects of the department were: to carry out experiments in association with Dartington Woodlands Limited and other bodies; assist in the improvement and extension of British Forestry; to encourage and assist in educational schemes in Forestry; to prepare and issue reports and publications; and to assist other estates by advice and reports. |
