It also includes reports and correspondence relating to the Standing Committee of the C P R E, including 'Comments on the Dower Report submitted to the Hobhouse Committee by the Friends of the Lake District' (14 pages) and later in the folder a Press statement re damming Ennerdale Water. Also a record of oral evidence from The National Trust (31 Jan 1946). There is the printed Parliament 'Statement' Session 1947-1948. |
